School Meals

The school has its meals delivered fresh from Clun Primary School every day. There is a choice of menu each day.

For KS2 and nursery children the cost of a meal is £2.10. Parents may pay daily, weekly or termly in advance. Cheques for school meals should be made payable to SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL.

Free School Meals

All children who are in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 will be offered a free healthy school lunch. Children in other school years will also be offered a free school lunch if their parents are receiving some welfare benefits. If a child is in KS1 and parents are receiving some benefits their child/ren may be eligible for extra help through Pupil Premium. Please contact the school office if further help is required.

Packed Lunch

A packed lunch can be eaten in Class 2. No glass bottles or fizzy drinks should be sent to school.

Healthy Eating

Under the government’s Fruit Scheme children in Reception and Years 1 & 2 receive a free piece of fruit each day at morning break. The Friends of Clunbury School finance the fruit for KS2 and Nursery to ensure all children can have a piece of fruit during the day.
Healthy eating is promoted within the school.
